• You provide the manuscript in a Microsoft Word format.
• We proofread and edit the manuscript. We will look for misspellings and grammatical errors, ensure text consistency, clarity, syntax construction, and literary quality.
• While giving suggestions to improve your manuscript, we will always respect your voice, vision and style.
• You will then receive an edited version for your review and approval.
• We design the book and interior page layout, including a custom cover. The Graphic Design Department will suggest the design and layout that best fit your book to attract readers.
• We provide highly detailed full-color custom illustrations (children’s books). You will be assigned an illustrator who will implement your vision and render high quality custom illustrations. You review the process from sketches to final art.
• The final files are sent to our Production Department where all the details are ironed out. You receive a final proof for your review and approval before the files are sent to press.
• We assign an ISBN and a Barcode.
• We register the work at the Copyright Office under your name.
• We print the books in paperback. Hardbound is also available.
• You receive 10 books for your personal use.
• We print as many books as necessary. Your book will always be in stock to fulfill any incoming order.
• An e-book format can be made available
• Your author's page is created in our website.
• You pay the publishing cost in 2-3 installments.
From start to finish, the process takes 2 to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the project. Upon request, your publishing coordinator will discuss with you the marketing strategy and book promotion that best fits your book.
